Tender Description
Registrations for expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified building companies to undertake the construction of a new Two Storey Administration Addition, Auditorium, Animal housing and Car park for RSPCA NSW Shelter at 201 Rookwood Rd, Chullora.
The project's timeframe is anticipated to have construction commencing February 2019. Total value of the project is estimated to be in the order of $13,000,000. The invitation to register interest document is available by writing to DW & SL Baxter Pty Ltd via david@paramountplans.com until 16 November 2018 at 5.00 pm.
The Register Interest Document once obtained, is to be returned no later than 23 November 2018 at 5.00 pm. Documentation submitted after this date will not be accepted.
