The Queensland Government is seeking proposals to undertake relevant research related activities that assist and inform DJAG’s efforts to deliver fair, timely and accessible justice services within Queensland’s criminal justice system. The aim is to increase the capacity of DJAG to effectively engage with an evidence based approach to service delivery within Queensland’s criminal justice system, thereby improving DJAG’s ability to appropriately manage demand and be responsive to the needs of stakeholders within the criminal justice system.
To achieve these objectives, DJAG is looking to procure research expertise and support to identify, develop, implement and evaluate business process and service delivery changes that will encourage better management of demand within the criminal justice system. Much of this work can be broadly conceptualised within a “behavioural economics” approach to process and service delivery change.
