Scope of work
The Service Provider must provide detailed design, construction and re-habitation to decommission the Wildflower camp and associated infrastructure. This will include but not be limited to:-
A portion of the buildings will be blue lined to remain for RTIO rail team use.
Accommodation buildings demolished and or removed to another site.
Camp support buildings demolished and or removed to another site.
Recreational areas demolished and or removed to another site.
Site paths, slabs, road and hardstand to be demolished and removed.
Electrical and communications services to be removed.
In ground services and pits to be removed and filled in.
Potable water to be demobilised and put into free issue trucks for another site.
Waste water treatment plant to be removed and rehabilitated.
Rehabilitation - including flora and fauna, the site is to be rehabilitated and will be inspected on completion of the works
