Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the canteen extension and refurbishment project at Craigslea State High School, located at 685 Hamilton Rd, Chermside West QLD 4032 (Brisbane Metropolitan Region).
The project involves completing the design, engineering and obtaining building approval, plumbing approval and certification for enclosing an area outside the existing canteen to extend the canteen and some refurbishment works to the existing canteen.
The project is to commence in the December school holidays and all works are to be completed by 15 February 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
