The Queensland Government is seeking a Request for Quote for a Resource Manager within the Queensland Health, eHealth Project Services.
These services specifically include:
* Undertaking an analysis of the current eHealth Queensland environment and portfolio delivery context in regards resource management.
* Developing a view of the resource demand and supply for the digital portfolio of work, including
* Identifying the optimum data collection approach
* Analysis of the risks of supply and potential strategies to address
* Development and delivery of dashboard views for executive decision-making
* Establishing an executive line of sight for future resource requirements
* Develop and implement an initial approach to portfolio capability management
