FWO is seeking to leverage the expertise of a partner to create a rationalised data source, migration of data, user interface and multiple dataset search.
A legacy CRM (CRM 4.0) system needs to be retired and the data contained within moved to a structured dataset with the ability to surface the data via search and new user interface. In addition, the search will need to source and link data from multiple enterprise applications across FWO. It is expected the partner will design, build & implement a solution. The solution is expected to be in place by July 2019 to allow for the decommissioning of the legacy CRM system.
FWO needs to access data in legacy systems which are being replaced. Legacy systems will be decommissioned. The data in the legacy systems still has operational value and needs to be accessed (but not updated) by various business areas. In addition, the data will need to be linked to other enterprise applications across FWO. The tool would allow FWO personnel to look up the history of its dealings with a party as that is a factor when making decisions about actions that might be taken. The legacy system contains approximately 20.3 million records with 2,783 different fields.
