This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Department of Human Services is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to support a major transformation programme; with proven record of accomplishment and experience in delivering ICT projects and managing defined projects or work streams to deliver outputs and products in accordance with budget and quality standards.
The Project Managers will be required to work with Business and Information Technology Teams while engaging at the senior and executive level. They will be reporting to the General Manager for WPIT ICT, and/or nominated delegate.
The Project Managers will be engaged within the WPIT ICT Stream to:
* develop and manage detailed schedule/s that support the commercial, functional and delivery work streams in evaluation of market response proposals;
* Manage and execute project schedules in accordance with defined timeframes;
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the outcomes of developing and managing project schedule/s;
* managing multiple parties (internal and external); whilst leading complex /high value engagements; and
* understand business activities and their integration into the broader WPIT program; identifying key dependencies and lowing overall risk.
