Warrnambool Roof Water Harvesting Scheme - Wangoom Road Extension

⁠⁠⁠The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the supply of all materials, plant and labour of whatever kind necessary to complete the whole of the works associated with the following
* Supply and installation of approximately 500 metres of DN225 PE Pipe
* Supply and installation of a 150kL detention storage
* Supply and delivery of all required materials, equipment and plant to complete the works

Obtaining all permits and approvals prior to the commencement of works, including, but not limited to:
Municipality approvals;
Vic Roads approvals;
Country Fire Authority approvals;
Service utility approvals;
* Preparation and implementation of a Construction Program
Health and Safety Plan
Traffic Management Plan
Construction Environmental Management Plan
Waste Management and Minimisation Plan
* Establishment and maintenance of a Quality Assurance system
* Preparation of construction submissions
* Services proving
* Setting out of Works
* Establishment of secure compound area as required
* Liaison with property owners and occupiers adjacent to the works
* Site works, including but not limited to road reinstatement and topsoiling and grassing of disturbed areas
* Disposal of excess spoil
* Testing of the newly installed pipework
* Preparation of, compliance with and implementation of Traffic Management Plans which comply with AS1742 2009 Traffic Control for Works on Roads, Worksite Traffic Management Code of Practice 2010 and any Council requirements;
* Certification from the relevant Road Authority approving reinstatement within road reserves
* Clean up, including removal and legal disposal of rubbish, excess material, etc
* Liaise with the CSE Group who have been engaged by Wannon Water to survey the works and complete the as constructed drawings in A Spec format
* All other works as required to complete the Works as documented herein; and
* Rectify defects during the Maintenance Period
