Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified civil construction companies to submit a tender to undertake works as specified in the Scope of Works and the accompanying documentation.
Section 1: Stormlea Road from Nubeena Road Junction to Thorntons Road junction.
Council is looking to overlay and seal 6.85 kilometres of Stormlea Road from Nubeena Road to Thorntons Road junction by adding Class 3 and Class 1 in accordance with the below schedule.
Section 2: Stormlea Road from Thorntons Road junction to 3 Capes Track Carpark.
This tender may also include civil works involved in improving safety on the section of Stormlea Road from Thorntons Road to the 3 Capes Track carpark in accordance with the attached plans (appendix C). This work proceeding is dependent on the cost of section 1. Dependant on cost, section 2 may proceed in its entirety or parts thereof.
If during the tendering process the tenderer can see further improvements all fully costed additions will be considered.
