Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is the owner and manager of significant landholdings across Northern Victoria. GMW has been reviewing its estate portfolio to understand if commercial business opportunities exist and can co-exist with current operational requirements across various land parcels.

As such, GMW is now seeking Expressions of Interest from private individuals, corporations, or associations for any commercial business operator for Lake Eppalock.
