Tender Description
The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) requires the services of an events management provider to assist in the planning, delivery and management of a two (possibly three) day conference on a theme relevant to the Australian and international higher education sectors.
The conference is to be held in Melbourne in the fourth quarter of 2019 and 2020, and TEQSA anticipates attendance of approximately 800 delegates – although the successful tenderer should have the capacity to manage a 15 per cent increase from the estimated delegate numbers if required.
The conference proceedings will comprise of (at a minimum) keynote presentations, plenary, concurrent and panel sessions with at least two social events (welcome reception and conference dinner).
