Camden Council is constructing two new community buildings on greenfield sites.
The Spring Farm Community Centre building is approximately 500m2 GFA inclusive of hall, activity room and foyer areas. Fitout of the building and parking for 26 cars will also be part of these works.
The Catherine Park amenities building is a combined community centre / amentities building on a local sportsfield. The scope of works will include a building of around 540m2 GFA with approximately 250m2 of this dedicated to the sprtsfield amenities and 290m2 to the community centre facilities.
The EOI documentation outlines the evaluation criteria upon which companies will be selected to be invited to Tender on the project.
Council will receive submissioins in accordance with request for Expression of Interest document, clearly indicating the Tender number E001/2019 and marked "Expression of Interest - Contractors for Spring Farm Community Centre and Catherine Park Amenities Building", up to 3pm on Wednesday 3 October 2018.
