Provision of Professional Services to the Vulnerable Consumer Support (VCS) Energy Affordability Training Partnership
RFT - 340055
The overall objective of this project is to support vulnerable consumers in engaging with the energy market. The role of the appointed partner is to present a consortia approach to the design, user testing and dissemination of training materials through their existing network of agencies which provide a frontline service to vulnerable consumers (i.e. financial counsellors, emergency relief workers, not-for-profit and/or grassroots community organisations).
