Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1819-31 for the provision of Eltham Lower Park and Susan Street Oval Pavilions - Construction Works .
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 31 October 2018 with a practical completion date of 31 March 2019.
Tenderers are advised that these works are funded through Nillumbik Shire Council, Victorian Government Growing Suburbs Fund administered by SRV and club contributions and that there is a total budget of $220,000 for each of the pavilions.
