⁠⁠⁠CONTRACT NO: 2018.56 Community Care – Hobsons Bay City Council and Maribyrnong City Council

Hobsons Bay City Council and Maribyrnong City Council seek suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consortiums to provide Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home and Community Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) funded domestic assistance, personal care, in home respite and social support individual services under a sub-contract arrangement from February 2019 to June 2020 across both municipalities.
