Dairy design and project management/construction plus Dairy/Sheep/Beef/Cropping property management 28,000 - ha across Western Victoria and Southeast South Australia.

New Forests Asset Management Pty Limited is a leading sustainable real asset s investment manager, managing approximately $ 5 billion of assets and funds under management including over 940,000 hectares of forests and rural land, timber processing facilities, infrastructure, and conservation investments across Asia Pacific and the USA.

New Forests seeks qualified, capable , and experienced parties for a three-year contract with two phases of services across sustainable agriculture development and property management for a 28,000 - ha aggregation of high-quality agricultural properties located in western Victoria and southeast South Australia. Phase 1 includes delivery of a greenfield dairy design as well as project management an d construction oversight for a multi-site dairy operation. Phase 2 includes ongoing property management of the dairies as well as range of dairy, beef, sheep, and cropping property management services.

Field tours of representative properties will be available, along with detailed information, as part of a second and final stage 'Request for Proposal' process for shortlisted parties. Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated capabilities in project design, construction, and agricultural property management and will demonstrate alignment of the project with best practice in sustainable agriculture and responsible investment requirements.
