Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites civil construction contractors to tender for the construction of the extension to the West Sale Airport runway from 1527m to 1800m. Work includes drainage, pavement construction (including reconstruction of various areas), airfield lighting installation and final asphalt overlay to the entire runway surface.
Practical Completion date: 8 March 2019.
All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents, which are available via website download at www.wellington.vic.gov.au/tenders or by contracting Ray Weber via email raymondw@wellington.vic.gov.au or telephone on (03) 5142 3174.
Tenders must be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre, 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 3 October 2018. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Late or email tenders will not be accepted.
