Council is seeking the provision of cleaning services for 33 Early Years Facilities including two additional hubs which are due to open early 2019.

The cleaning service is required to ensure all sites present as clean and neat throughout the term of the contract, as well as providing additional cleans when required and as requested.

There will be two options to tender: either all of the 33 Children and Family Centres or any combination of four suburb clusters. The suburb clusters include seven centres at Boronia, Bayswater and the Basin; six centres at Rowville; eight centres at Ferntree Gully and Upper Ferntree Gully and 12 centres at Wantirna and Wantirna South.

It is proposed that the contract will commence in Jan 2019 for a period of three years with the option, at Council’s discretion, for extensions of two x one years.
