Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to provide a well-managed and effective maintenance service for synthetic sports surfaces across two sites in the City of Kingston, being:
* Kingston Heath Regional Soccer Complex
* GR Bricker Reserve
The initial Contract Term shall be for an initial term of three years with an option for Council at its sole discretion to extend the contract for a further periods of two years, to a maximum Contract Term of five years from the Commencement Date.
