Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above.
If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Submissions must be received by no later than 3.00pm, Tuesday 25 September 2018 (via Tenderlink).

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer's submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a half hour site briefing at Springvale Botanical Cemetery at 9.00 am Tuesday 4 September 2018. Meeting at Reception, First Level, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Site contact: Phil Snow.
All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Friday 7 September 2018, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Tuesday 11 September 2018 (via Tenderlink).
Note: A VIPP response is required as part of any tender submission to this RFT. (Refer "Request for Tender, Appendix A Requirements, Section 11 VIPP").
