TF20180828 - Registration of interest are sought from head Building Contractors for construction of the proposed Hewett Sports Buidling. Four (4) contractors will be selected from the REOI process to provide a fixed lump-sum tender.
The proposed Hewett Sports Hub building will replace the existing aged sporting clubrooms situated within the Hewett Reserve, Blackwood. The total area for the new building on a new footprint is around 400m2. The project will deliver a new multi-use sports hub facility with kitchen, meeting rooms, storage spaces, toilets and change rooms, along with landscaping including outdoor covered areas.
