Tender Description
RMIT intends to identify and pre-qualify established & emerging architects to establish the RMIT Architecture Panel. RMIT invites submissions to be prequalified for one or more of the following Panel Subcategories:
Established Architects/Practices (prequalification for projects with total end investment value up to $5M)
* Panel A - Landscape and Urban Design
* Panel B - Heritage
* Panel C - Laboratories
* Panel D - Architects and Interior Designers with experience in Teaching & Learning Spaces, Libraries, Common Areas, Office Accommodation
Emerging Architects/Practices (prequalification for projects with total end investment up to $1M)
* Panel E - Architects and Interior Designers with experience in Landscape, Teaching & Learning Spaces, Libraries, Common Areas, Office Accommodation; practices established for less than 5 years that have minimum 1 director who is a RMIT alumnus/postgraduate & graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree no earlier than 2011.
