Tender Description
The works are a streetscape upgrade in Spit East between Spit Bridge and Parriwi Road. It includes footpath, paved roadway, stormwater infrastructure, a bus bay, street furniture, preparation of garden beds, line marking, signs, kerb and gutter. The works will be include the closure of the slip lane adjacent to Spit Road. Pedestrian and traffic management will be a critical part of this project.
Works are proposed to commence in October 2018, to be completed in two stages.
