Council is optimising the value of its assets through strategic and operational property management as well as facilitating effective and best use of its assets that meet the changing needs of the community.
Council invites Expressions of Interest from not-for-profit community groups in the Sutherland Shire Local Government Area who are interested in entering into a lease with Sutherland Shire Council for a term of five (5) years for the premises at 6C Wonga Road, Yowie Bay.
The Closing Time for this EOI is at 2.00pm on Tuesday 18 September 2018. Late submissions will not be considered.
