The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking quotes from the Digital Services Panel for a Senior Agile Delivery Specialist to provide Agile coaching and training to the teams within the Capability branch, as well as providing support to our partnerships teams
You will be working with practice heads within the co-Lab team and Product Managers, Service Managers and Delivery Managers across the DTA.
As the Head of Agile Delivery, you will champion Agile ways of working across the DTA, and partner agencies. Your role will provide Agile coaching to our teams, focusing on behaviours, mindset and practices, in line with the Digital Service Standard and industry best practices.
A key outcome is refining our internal Agile processes, as well as supporting the successful transformation from traditional project delivery to iterative service delivery.
You will provide advice and guidance at branch level and more broadly across the DTA in relation to Agile Delivery and have a collaborative approach to providing mentoring, coaching, and training.
