Tender Description
The Australian National University is seeking a Managing Contractor for the refurbishment of the ground floor of the Duffield Building at the Mt Stromlo Observatory Campus.
Within the project budget of $500,000 the primary objectives include:
* demolish internal non load bearing walls to enable redesign to accomodate more occupants;
* provide disabled access to the lower ground floor;
* provide accessible bathroom facilities.
With additional secondary objectives including:
* refurbishment of areas in a modern office environment;
* install sound attenuation within the spaces;
* provide new lighting; and
* provide a breakout space.
