Overview
The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited is inviting Expressions of Interest from contractors interested in being considered to tender on a school project at St. Joseph's Primary, Boorowa, involving the reconstruction and refurbishment of the existing Administration building and construction of a new building.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Reconstruction and refurbishment of the existing Administration building at St. Joseph's Primary, Boorowa
The estimated contract value is circa $650,000.00.
Contractor Requirements
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Current capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works
- Extensive experience in working on school projects
- Recently completed projects and suitable references
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of similar or greater value
