Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Edward River Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contracting firm with proven previous experience in the successful delivery of (Design & Construct).

Works to:
* Demolish existing club rooms and remove all materials off site
* Disconnect all services
* Review draft designs and plans providing advice to ensure buildings can be built within available budget
* Complete detailed design for the facility to align with available budget
* Construct new Netball, Tennis and community sporting facility
* Connect all services
* Provide certification and warranties for completed facility.

Location of works: The Blighty Recreation Reserve is located on the Riverina Highway, Blighty, New South Wales.
