The Contractor is responsible for all matters necessary for the successful operational management of the Sports Centre including but not limited to;
All financial compliance, reporting, bookings and records,
All administrative duties, including reporting, promotions, thorough documentation and records of business activities and utilisation and
All staffing costs and HR matters, rostering and training needs to maintain competent staff and adequate rostered levelsAll program and competition development, marketing and promotions.
