Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites suitably experienced and qualified contractors to tender for the condition audit and valuation of Council buildings and structures.
Contractors are also advised that Contract 2019-016 Audit for Maintenance Program of Buildings & Structures is also being tendered.
Practical completion date: 14 June 2019.
All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents, which are available by completing the form below or by contacting Sandra Rech via email sandra.rech@wellington.vic.gov.au or telephone on (03) 5142 3144.
Tenders must be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre, 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 5 September 2018. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or email tenders will not be accepted.
