Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠“TENDER RELEASED”

Upgrades to five buildings at Fleet Base East including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection and building code compliance works.

Scope consists of 24 packages which cover bathroom, toilet and shower upgrades, refurbishment of amenities in various areas, roofing repairs, window remediation, air conditioning maintenance, flooring works, handrail upgrades, painting, fire compliance upgrades, provision of external meal room and assocated connections and services.
