Rosehill Water Station Removal
Tender ID: 362675
Tender Details
Tender Description
The Rosehill Recycled Water Scheme was commissioned in 2011 and is located in Sydney’s West and Southwest. It comprises of a recycled water treatment plant, feed tank and pumping station at Fairfield, a reservoir at Woodville, a reservoir and pumping station at Rosehill, and a below-ground recycled water distribution network.
The land occupied by the reservoir and pumping station at Rosehill was leased from Viva Energy (then “Shell”) in 2012. With a recent asset review, Jemena has decided to remove the Rosehill station, handover the land back to Viva Energy Australia and continue to operate the recycled water network without the Rosehill Station.
Design inputs are required for the control strategy of Fairfield Pump Station, Water Quality Management of Woodville Reservoir and for the permanent re-routing of recycled water through the Rosehill area, without any impedance/reliance on the land owned by Viva Energy Australia.
Jemena is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake these works.
A site visit will be held at 1:00pm on August 15 - Corner of Grand Avenue and Durham Street, Clyde NSW 2142. Access via Durham Street.
