The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC) invites proposals from suitably qualified & experienced consultants to produce a master plan for Anglesea Family Caravan that will deliver commercial, environmental and social outcomes and inform the next 10 years of park development. This will include a thorough assessment of the site and facilities, current uses, values, stakeholders and all associated issues and opportunities.
The Project will produce a document that provides GORCC, the existing camping community and the general Anglesea community with a vision and plan for the park for the next 10 years. The plan must incorporate community and stakeholder feedback, and identify future opportunities and costings for capital expenditure to maintain the park at a 4.5 star level 1 and deliver an acceptable return on investment for all improvements.
