Sydney West (Wallgrove) Asset Monitoring Centre Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠The work is in relation to fit out of the former Relay Room at the Principal's Sydney West Regional Centre (Wallgrove) as the Asset Monitoring Centre (AMC) in accordance with the following Designs and Documents provided by the Principal:

1. Architectural
a) Drawings
b) Specifications
c) Schedules (Furniture, Fixtures and Finishes)
2. Electrical, Communications and Security
a) Drawings
b) Specifications
3. Fire Services
a) Drawings
b) Specifications
4. Hydraulics
a) Drawings
b) Specifications
5. Mechanical Services
a) Drawings
b) Specifications
6. Structural
a) General Notes
b) Floor Plans & Sections

The Contractor shall:
(a) Provide all supervision, labour, materials, services, plant and other items necessary to complete the work under the Contract.
(b) Demolition work including the removal and disposal of internal partitions ceilings, windows and redundant services within the area covered by the General Arrangement Plan
(c) Refurbish the former relay room into the AMC in accordance with the designs supplied by the Principal complete with the services provided in the schedules including but not limited to:

a. New partitions, internal walls, ceilings and windows
b. electrical, communications and lighting systems
c. mechanical and fire services
d. Joinery and furniture
e. Painting
f. Floor coverings
(d) Obtaining all regulatory and authority approvals and licences required;
(e) Setting out of the works;
(f) Dismantling, removal and disposal of any removed material;
(g) Provision of documentation pertaining to disposal of waste material.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the items of work covered by the Technical Requirements, design drawings, and schedules. The Works shall be constructed to comply with relevant Australian Standards, with the requirements of Australian Regulatory Authorities, other relevant Standards and shall comply with the Principal's drawings or the Contractor's approved drawings, as applicable.
