Tender Description
The Scope of the Services includes, but is not limited to the following:
Pre-operation Phase
The Consultant will develop documentation required to operate the Eden Cruise Ship Facility in accordance the State Significant Infrastructure (SSI) approval and all other project permits, licences and approvals (Preoperation Phase Documentation).
Operational Phase
The Operational Phase will commence following the completion of all construction works associated with the Project (scheduled to occur in February 2019), and once all Pre-operation Phase Documentation has been approved by the Department of Planning & Environment (DP&E). During the Operational Phase, the Consultant will assist with the management and operation of the facility for the first 12 months, with an option to extend long term.
