Tender Description
Department of Human Services is seeking two specialists in user centred design and interaction design to support the development and delivery of new digital services for customers and staff.
The specialist will work with teams in the Digital Projects Branch, as well as with internal IT as well as service delivery teams across the wider department.
The specialists will be responsible research, design and validation activities across the digital service design and delivery process. This includes evaluating existing research and data, developing and executing research plans, synthesising research insights and communicating across delivery team, developing design elements at increasing levels of fidelity - from design concepts and wireframes to final product execution - and validating that these support user needs.
