LGAP-CDC - The Coorong District Council invites Proposals for the provision of Design and Construct services for the Tailem Bend public amenities on Railway Terrace (the Services).
Whilst a Concept Design has been developed, Council is seeking proposals for the construction preferencing Australian product, which will enable flexibility in the construction options proposed. In addition, Council is seeking to demonstrate support of local contractors and is keen to see proposals which highlight labour, supply and capital inputs which benefit the region.
