Tender Description
Approximately every three years Council undertakes a condition assessment of key infrastructure to ensure both accurate valuations and future targeted works programs.
Council last completed a condition assessment of its road, kerb, bridge and footpath network in 2015. This data is now over three years old and in need of renewal.
The assets included in this condition assesment include up to 520km of sealed surface, 520km of sealed pavement, 950km of unsealed pavement, 74km of footpaths and 140km of kerb.
