The Supply and Delivery of Sealing Aggregate

⁠⁠⁠The Alpine Shire Council invites suppliers of sealing aggregate to tender for the annual supply and delivery of sealing aggregate for Council’s maintenance works for a two year period. Frequency of deliveries and volumes required will be on an as needed basis and Council provides no guarantee of either the frequency or minimum volume of material required under this Contract.

Please note the supply of sealing aggregate under this Contract will not apply to larger projects that will be tendered separately.

The tender is structured in three separable parts reflecting different delivery locations. A Contractor may elect to submit a Tender for all or any separable part of the Contract. The Alpine Shire Council reserves the right to let separate Contracts for Parts 1, 2 or 3; or to combine some or all parts into one Contract.
