Services for Young People with Complex Mental Health Issues - Casey - Cardinia

⁠⁠⁠The South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) is pleased to invite Responses to deliver services to assist young people with severe and complex mental health issues within the SEMPHN catchment. The three regions of service delivery will be 1) Frankston-Mornington Peninsula, 2) Casey-Cardinia, and 3) Greater Dandenong-Kingston. There will be a separate Request process for each of these locations.

Applicants are welcome to apply for more than one region however, they are required to lodge separate Responses for each of the chosen regions. In this instance, the applicants must provide details about the economies of scale in service delivery across more than one region.

SEMPHN is seeking to engage one or more organisations to deliver the Service (the 'Service Provider') in the Casey and Cardinia Region.

The Successful Service Provider will be contracted from 1 October 2018. Following a 'service establishment period', the Services will be delivered from 2 January 2019 through to 30 June 2020 (subject to confirmation of funding from the Commonwealth Department of Health).
