Tender Description
Byron Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for cleaning of the Byron Shire Council’s Public Toilets and related amenities, Barbecues; beach showers and drinking fountains.
An important part of the work package is that the successful tenderer can clearly demonstrate positive social outcomes in the execution of the work defined by the tender documents. In particular social benefits through the employment of a disadvantaged group in the community.
The contract will be offered under separable portions 1.Byron Bay Amenities; & 2.Remainder of Shire Public Amenities
The assets subject of this specification have a high strategic importance to the Shire and are located on sites that receive high visitation rates drawing on international and domestic tourism, and regional and district significance for playground, sporting and foreshore pursuits.
