Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a submission encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above.
Note that the attached RFT specifications are indicative and that it is up to the Tenderers to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person.
If you are interested in providing a submission for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Submissions must be received by no later than 3.00pm, Wednesday 25 July 2018.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer's submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a half hour site briefing at Bunurong Memorial Park at 9.00am Wednesday 11 July 2018. Meeting at Reception, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park. Site contact: Alvin Castro.
All questions must be submitted by 3.00pm Friday 13 July 2018, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Tuesday 17 July 2018.
