Tender Description
The Project and works under this Contract include (but not limited to) the following aspects:
Construction of Mulwala Industrial Estate including a total of 32 lots and the following:
* Roads and kerbs;
* Storm Water drains, pits and rising main and associated works;
* Sewer and sewer pits;
* Electricity, water & communications;
* Road intersections;
* Earthworks;
* Service connections;
* Approvals, certifications, documentation;
* Landscaping and finishing works; and
* All associated works required to complete a subdivision to Councils standards and to allow commercial sale.
