Supply of Ultra Cold and Laboratory Freezers and maintenance of Ultra Cold Freezers

⁠⁠⁠The University of Adelaide, established in 1874, has over 25,000 students and 3,500 staff and researchers. The University has a strong reputation internationally as a leading research and teaching institution. The University currently has approximately 250 ultra-cold freezer in use across its 3 campuses and forecasts that it will purchase approximately 10 units per year on an ongoing basis to either replace or add to existing holdings due to increased usage demand.

By way of this RFT the University is inviting a number of potential suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of the ultra-cold and Laboratory Freezers as well as Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for ultra-cold Freezers.

Tenderers may provide a Response to provide one or all the below requirements:
Supply of upright ultra-cold -80 degree freezers;
Supply of upright -20 to -40 Laboratory Freezers; and
Provision of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance for -80 ultra-cold Freezers.
