Annual Supply for Quarry Products

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), ‘the Council’, invites tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and resourced parties for the Provision of Annual Supply of Quarry Products across one or more of the categories listed in Schedule 2 (‘the Services’).

Council anticipates the contract Deeds will be awarded September 2018, due to the timing of Council meetings.

The term for category 4 – Supply of Quarry Products is until 1 July 2023.

Council is primarily seeking contractors who can perform the Services from their own resources without the need to use sub-contractors unless this is the normal operating practice of contractors for Supply of Quarry Products. Council may, through the evaluation process outlined in the Tender Documents, select several Tenderers for the Supply of Quarry Products.

Where more than one Tenderer is selected for the Supply of Quarry Products, the Tenderers will be allocated work on a basis of best value to Council.

The Deed Contract is not exclusive and Tenderers are not guaranteed any work under this contract.

Successful Tenderers will only be eligible for work after their Health & Safety System and supporting OH&S information conforms to Council requirements.

The Tenderer is required to read the Tender Documents carefully and seek confirmation on any issues it may be unsure of or need further clarification on.
