Tender Description
Moyne Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced professional consultants for a range of services to assist in the development and delivery a variety of projects being managed by Council. .
The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract, paid on an agreed hourly rate.
These consultancy services would include, but would not be limited to the following:
• Building Architects
• Landscape Architects / Urban designers
• Project Managers / Contract managers
• Asset Management services
• Structural Engineers
• Civil Engineering
• Technical Officer and Draftsperson
• Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning
• Land Surveyors
• Environmental Engineers / Scientists
• Coastal Engineers
• Environmental waste specialists
• Cultural Heritage
• Street Lighting Design
• Quantity Surveyors
• Town Planning
• Geotechnical Engineers
• Services Engineers (Fire, Electrical Mechanical )
• IT Services
• Asbestos Auditor
• Environmental Air Monitoring - Asbestos
• Building Surveyor
• Emergency Management
• Heritage Advisors
It is acknowledged that various consultants will have specialist skills in particular areas and tenderers are encouraged to specify the types of works they are interested in managing or assisting the Council with delivery.
Consultancy services will occur on an as needs basis and will be calculated in accordance with the supplied schedule of rates. An agreed timeframe for each project will be negotiated with the consultant prior to the commencement of each job. Council may seek a lump sum proposal from the consultants on the panel.
