Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors for the proposed refurbishment to the existing school building at Our Lady’s Help of Christian Primary School - 480A Gillies St N, Wendouree VIC 3355.
* Internal area of refurbishment is approximately 810 sqm
* External works include a new entry canopy and outdoor decks
A shortlist up to 6 Building Contractors will be invited to tender for the project.
Tender documents will be issued mid June 2018.
Construction planned to commence End July,
