Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the renovation of the existing double-storey B, D, and E general classroom blocks at Stanthorpe State School located at 30 Marsh Street, Stanthorpe QLD (Darling Downs South West Region).
The works are to include the:
* Design, documentation, inspections and certification of structural works, as documented in the scheduled drawings and undertaken in accordance with the department's Design Standards
* Supply of all materials
* Undertaking of all works, including incidential items, for the proper carrying out and completion of demolition, alterations, additions and refurbishments.
* Any required connections or modifications to services as documented and confirmed on site
