Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above. Please note that to undertake the services for this Heritage listed monument, a Respondent must be compliant with Heritage Victoria's requirements for conservation stonemason or conservators (as per Heritage Permits).
Note that the attached RFT specifications are indicative and that it is up to the Respondents to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person.
If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00pm, Wednesday 20th June 2018.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Respondent's submission, it is strongly recommended that all Respondents attend a half hour site briefing at Melbourne General Cemetery at 4.00 pm Thursday 7th June 2018. Meeting at Reception, Gatehouse, Melbourne General Cemetery. Site contact: Colin Rofe.
All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Tuesday 12th June 2018, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Thursday 14th June 2018.
