Tender Description
Queensland University of Technology (QUT), has a requirement for a pre-packaged research project financial management dashboard. The QUT research community requires the supply of a simple financial management dashboard application to improve timely decision-making and transparency of research financial data. QUT is seeking a pre-defined and packaged solution to provide short term value to the research community while more strategic business transformation activities and longer term solutions are progressed and implemented. The pre-defined and packaged dashboard will access and utilise authoritative datasets and information provided by QUT.
It is expected that the initial term for the successful respondent will be 12 months with option to renew for another 12 month period. The performance of the supplier will be reviewed at regular intervals and the arrangement may be terminated if performance is deemed unsatisfactory.
Detail information on the requirements and specific good/services sought will be provided in the released RFO document.
The RFO is planned for released to the market tomorrow 01/06/2018 and remain in the market place for approximate two weeks.
